La he le\u00eddo hace un rato en un texto de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.speedofcreativity.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Wes Fryer<\/a> en la web del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isteconnects.org\/2009\/05\/09\/if-obama-doesnt-really-care-about-21st-century-skills-perhaps-eett-proposed-cuts-dont-matter\/\" target=\"_blank\">30th Annual NECC 2009<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab&#8230;the billions schools have spent on computers have had little effect on how teachers and students learn&#8230; The reason for this disappointing result is that the way schools have employed computers has been perfectly predictable, perfectly logical&#8211; and perfectly wrong.
